— CHANGING THE WAY WE THINK ABOUT HEALTH
SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS
Changing the conversation from what’s wrong with the body to what it’s trying to communicate.
For many people, health has become something to manage, measure, and constantly improve. But beneath the numbers, goals, and advice is a body that is always communicating, offering valuable insight into what it needs to feel, function, and perform at its best.
As a Registered Dietitian, I bring together nutrition science, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness to help people understand their bodies, recognise the factors influencing their health, and make more informed choices about how they nourish and support themselves.
Whether delivering a workplace wellbeing session, professional presentation, or interactive workshop, my aim is to help people walk away with a deeper understanding of their bodies, greater confidence in their choices, and practical tools they can apply beyond the session.
— What to Expect
Why invite me:
Health information is everywhere. Understanding how it applies to your own body is something else entirely.
I believe understanding creates empowerment. Rather than overwhelming audiences with more information, I simplify the science and help people understand the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour, and the body’s remarkable ability to adapt and communicate.
Every session leaves audiences with a new perspective, practical tools, and a greater confidence in working with their bodies rather than against them.
Who I work with:
I work with organisations and communities who want to create more meaningful conversations around health, wellbeing, and performance.

Presentations are available in person and online as keynote presentations, interactive workshops, webinars, and wellbeing sessions.
My approach:
Science-led. Human-centred. Designed around your audience.
Every audience is different. Rather than delivering a one-size-fits-all presentation, each session is shaped around the people in the room, the objectives of the event, and the conversations that matter most.
Whether the focus is wellbeing, women’s health, nutrition, or performance, every presentation is:
✓ Evidence-based
✓ Practical and engaging
✓ Compassionate and relatable
✓ Grounded in science and real-life application
— KEYNOTES & WORKSHOP TOPICS
Meaningful conversations designed around the questions that matter most.
Every audience comes with different challenges, goals, and experiences. A corporate team may be looking for greater energy, resilience, and sustainable performance. A women’s community may be navigating changing bodies, symptoms, and shifting health needs. Athletes may be seeking better recovery and performance. Healthcare professionals may be looking for a more integrated way of understanding complex health presentations.
While the conversation changes, the focus remains the same:
Helping people understand their bodies so they can make more informed decisions about their health and wellbeing
From my signature keynote, Your Body Is Your Greatest Asset, to specific conversations around women’s health, metabolism, nutrition, stress, and behaviour change, each presentation is tailored to the audience, the purpose of the event, and the outcomes you want to create.

Your Body Is Your Greatest Asset
Understanding the system behind how you feel, function, and perform
Your body is always communicating with you. Every symptom, sensation, and shift in energy is part of an ongoing conversation. The question isn’t whether your body is sending you messages, it’s whether you’ve learned how to interpret them.
Through science, storytelling, and practical insights, this keynote reveals how our body systems, behaviours, and environment work together to shape the way we feel, function, and perform.
This keynote explores:
✓ Understanding how the body’s systems work together to influence health and performance
✓ The factors that shape how we feel, function, and respond to daily demands
✓ Learning why lasting health comes from understanding patterns, not chasing symptoms
✓ Shifting from working against the body to working with it
One message. Different conversations:
Every audience experiences the body differently. While the core message remains the same, each keynote is tailored with stories, examples, metaphors, and practical applications relevant to the people in the room.

Supporting Your Body Through Every Season
Understanding the changing needs of the female body across every stage of life.
A woman’s body is designed to change. Yet many women have been taught to view these changes as problems to fix rather than signals to understand. From hormonal shifts and changing energy levels to metabolism, mood, and body composition, every season of life brings new information about what the body needs.
This session explores:
✓ How the female body changes across different life stages
✓ The relationship between hormones, nutrition, stress, sleep, and wellbeing
✓ Why symptoms can provide valuable information about what the body needs
✓ How to support energy, metabolism, and resilience through changing seasons
✓ Practical strategies to nourish, move, and care for the body with confidence
Ideal for:
Women’s conferences, health events, wellness communities, menopause and life-stage conversations
Understanding Your Metabolism: Beyond Calories
Exploring the systems that influence energy, body composition, and wellbeing
For decades, metabolism has been reduced to a simple equation of calories in versus calories out. But the human body is far more intelligent and adaptable than that. Metabolism is influenced by the relationship between nutrition, hormones, muscle, stress, sleep, and lifestyle. Understanding these connections allows us to move beyond restriction and towards supporting the body’s ability to create energy, regulate, and adapt.
This session explores:
✓ What metabolism is and how the body regulates energy
✓ Why the body adapts to changes in nutrition and lifestyle
✓ The role of muscle, hormones, and energy availability
✓ How stress and sleep influence metabolic function
✓ The foundations that support sustainable energy and body composition
Ideal for:
Corporate wellbeing initiatives, women’s groups, wellness events, and public health audiences
Fuelling The System: Practical Sports Nutrition
Understanding how nutrition supports energy, recovery, adaptation, and physical potential
Performance is not created through training alone. It depends on whether the body has the resources it needs to adapt and recover. This is why nutrition plays such an important role by providing the building blocks required to support the body’s ability to reach its potential.
This session explores:
✓ How nutrition influences performance, supports recovery and reduces injury risk
✓ Building effective fuelling strategies around training demands
✓ The role of carbohydrates, protein, fats, and hydration
✓ Where supplementation fits within a performance nutrition strategy
Ideal for:
Athletes, sports teams, fitness businesses, coaches, and performance communities
Supplements: What Works, What Doesn’t, And What Actually Matters
Understanding where supplementation fits within a bigger health strategy
The supplement industry is filled with promises, trends, and conflicting information. But supplements are only effective when they are used within the context of understanding the body’s needs.
This session explores:
✓ Where supplements fit within the bigger picture of health and performance
✓ How to distinguish evidence-based recommendations from marketing claims
✓ Common supplements that may support health and wellbeing
✓ When supplementation may be beneficial and when it may not be necessary
✓ How to make informed choices based on individual needs
Ideal for:
Corporate wellbeing, conferences, women’s events, healthcare audiences, and wellness communities
The Body Under Pressure: Understanding Stress, Resilience & Recovery
Understanding how your nervous system responds to demands and how to build greater capacity
Stress is not just something we experience mentally. It is a biological response that influences how we think, feel, and function. The nervous system is constantly assessing our environment and responding to the demands placed upon us. When these demands accumulate, without adequate recovery, the nervous system can remain in a heightened state, which affects our ability to adapt, recover, and function optimally.
This session explores:
✓ How the nervous system responds to stress and perceived demands
✓ The relationship between stress, energy, sleep, digestion, hormones, and recovery
✓ Why regulation and recovery are essential for resilience
✓ How daily habits support nervous system balance and capacity
✓ Recognising when the body is under pressure and needs additional support
✓ How to make informed choices based on individual needs
Ideal for:
Corporate organisations, athletes, women’s groups, healthcare professionals, and wellbeing events
The Science of Sustainable Change: Why Willpower Isn’t Enough
Understanding the relationship between thought, awareness, and lasting transformation
Knowing what to do does not always translate into lasting change. Many people try to change their health behaviours through control, discipline, and self-criticism, without understanding the deeper relationship they have with their thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. Understanding the principles behind human experience creates a shift in perspective that can lead to more sustainable change.
This session explores:
✓ Why willpower alone rarely creates lasting change
✓ How our thoughts influence our experience and behaviours
✓ The role of awareness, perspective, and self-understanding in change
✓ Moving from self-criticism towards greater self-awareness
✓ Creating healthier patterns through insight rather than force
Ideal for:
Corporate wellbeing programmes, women’s groups, wellness communities, healthcare audiences, and personal development events
This isn’t about fixing yourself or trying to become someone else. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the mental noise.
