— Registered Dietitian
Your body is an intelligent system that is always communicating with you.
Hi! I’m Cath. I’m a Registered Dietitian helping women reconnect with their bodies so they can work with them, not against them.
Whether you’re searching for answers, wanting to optimise your health, or ready to enhance your performance, everything begins with understanding how your unique body functions.
Through nutrition science, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness, we’ll connect the dots between how you feel, how your body works, and what it truly needs to thrive.
Because, when you understand your body, you can make more informed health choices with confidence.

— MAKING SENSE OF YOUR BODY
Your body has been leaving clues all along.
For years, we’ve learned to track, measure, fix, and control our bodies. But somewhere along the way, we’ve forgotten how to have a conversation with them.
Your body is constantly adapting in an effort to protect, support, and maintain balance. Yet one of the most valuable measures of your health is often overlooked. And that’s the messages your body shares with you.
The way you feel, function, and perform is continuous feedback on how your body is adapting to the demands placed upon it.
Sometimes those messages arrive as persistent symptoms. Sometimes they’re subtle shifts that tell you something has changed. And sometimes they’re simply the quiet knowing that your body is capable of more.
Too often, we treat each message as though it exists in isolation.
A digestive symptom. A hormone imbalance. A sleep disorder. A weight concern. A performance plateau.
Each experience is approached as though it belongs to a different story.
But your body has only ever been telling one.
Your body is a connected system where every part influences the next. The nutrients you provide your body create the foundation for energy, hormones, and repair. Your stress response influences how your body regulates, adapts, and uses those resources. And your thoughts, beliefs, and habits shape the decisions you make and the way you care for yourself.
When we look at these connections together, we begin to understand not just what is happening in your body, but why.
And that understanding empowers you to make more informed decisions about how you nourish, support, and care for your body.
Together, we’ll uncover the patterns behind how you feel, identify where your body needs support, and build a plan that works with your body, not against it.
Because when understanding replaces uncertainty, you stop asking: “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking: “What is my body trying to tell me?”
— WHERE YOUR BODY NEEDS SUPPORT
Your health journey is unique, and the support you need should be too.
We begin by looking at your body as a whole, not each piece in isolation. By connecting the patterns between your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and health goals, we create a clearer picture of where your body needs support most. Women often begin this journey from one of three places:
Decode Symptoms:
You’re looking for answers because something doesn’t feel quite right.
Whether you’re experiencing persistent symptoms, navigating a recent diagnosis, or simply wanting to understand your health more clearly, we’ll work together to understand how the pieces fit together and where nutrition and lifestyle can make the greatest difference.
Optimise Health:
You’re not necessarily unwell, but you know you could feel better.
Perhaps you want more energy, healthier habits, greater resilience, or simply the confidence that you’re supporting your body well for the years ahead. Together, we’ll identify practical opportunities to strengthen your health and wellbeing for the future.
Enhance Performance:
You want your nutrition to support the demands you place on your body.
Whether you’re preparing for an event, returning to exercise, or wanting to train, recover, and perform more effectively, we’ll explore how your nutrition and lifestyle can better support your performance, recovery, and health goals.
— The Process
Simple steps to
getting started.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. You just need to show up and we’ll begin from there.
Step 1
Pre-consultation Forms
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive links to two quick and mobile-friendly forms to complete before your session.
These help me understand your unique story, symptoms, lifestyle, and current challenges so we can make the most of our time together.
Step 2
Full Body Systems Assessment
During your 90-minute assessment, we take a step back and look at the bigger picture of your health, exploring how your nutrition, body systems, lifestyle, stress, and goals all influence the way you feel, function, and perform.
Rather than focusing on one symptom or one goal in isolation, we identify the patterns, priorities, and areas where support can make the greatest difference.
This is where we connect the dots. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body, personalised recommendations, and practical next steps to move forward with confidence.
Step 3
Your Personalised Plan
If you would benefit from further support, we’ll create a personalised plan based on what your Full Body Systems Assessment uncovers.
The REALIGNED Programme is designed to help you implement meaningful changes with guidance and support, using my 3R Methodology: Replenish, Regulate, and Restore.
Together, we focus on the areas that matter most for your body, your goals, and your current season of life, whether that means improving your nutrition, supporting your nervous system, shifting habits, or rebuilding trust in your body.
This is not about following another rigid plan. It’s about creating sustainable change that works with your body, not against it.
— HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A whole-body approach designed around you.
The 3R Method is the framework that guides every aspect of our work together. It brings together nutrition, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness to help you understand your body, support its needs, and create lasting change.
— THE PERSON BEHIND REALIGNED HEALTH
I didn’t create this approach because health was simple. I created it because it wasn’t.
My own journey taught me that knowing what to do and understanding what your body truly needs are two very different things.
When pushing harder stopped working, I learned to listen differently. That experience reshaped not only how I care for my own health, but how I support the women I work with today.
