— YOUR STARTING POINT
FULL BODY SYSTEMS ASSESSMENT
Helping you understand what your body is communicating so you know exactly what to focus on next.
Whether you’re looking for answers to persistent symptoms, wanting to improve your health, or aiming to enhance your performance, this assessment brings together your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals to build a complete picture of your health.
Rather than looking at one symptom, diagnosis, or health goal in isolation, we explore how your body is functioning as an integrated system so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
Instead of leaving with another generic plan, you’ll leave with a personalised understanding of what your body needs most right now and the next steps to support it.
— UNDERSTANDING THE BIGGER PICTURE
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t what you’re experiencing. It’s not understanding why it’s happening in the first place.
You may have already changed your diet, tried supplements, exercised more consistently, or simply pushed through. Yet you’re still left wondering why you don’t feel the way you think you should.
The good news is that your body isn’t working against you. It’s constantly adapting to the demands being placed upon it, and those adaptations often show up as persistent symptoms, fluctuating energy, slow recovery, changes in performance, or simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right.
Whatever brought you here, the first step isn’t finding another plan. It’s understanding what your body is trying to communicate.
That’s exactly what the Full Body Systems Assessment is designed to do.
Together, we’ll step back, explore the bigger picture, identify the factors most likely to be influencing your health, and create a clear, personalised plan focused on what will make the greatest difference.
When you understand how your body works, making decisions about your health becomes far less confusing. Instead of guessing what to do next, you’ll have the clarity and confidence to move forward with purpose.
— WHAT TO EXPECT
Is this assessment right for you?
Every woman arrives with a different reason for seeking support. Some are looking for answers, some want to strengthen their health baseline, and others want their nutrition to support higher levels of performance.
Decode Symptoms:
You’re looking for answers because something doesn’t feel quite right.
Whether you’re experiencing persistent symptoms, navigating a recent diagnosis, or simply wanting to understand your health more clearly, we’ll work together to understand how the pieces fit together and where nutrition and lifestyle can make the greatest difference.
Optimise Health:
You’re not necessarily unwell, but you know you could feel better.
Perhaps you want more energy, healthier habits, greater resilience, or simply the confidence that you’re supporting your body well for the years ahead. Together, we’ll identify practical opportunities to strengthen your health and wellbeing for the future.
Enhance Performance:
You want your nutrition to support the demands you place on your body.
Whether you’re preparing for an event, returning to exercise, or wanting to train, recover, and perform more effectively, we’ll explore how your nutrition and lifestyle can better support your performance, recovery, and health goals.
Whatever brings you here, the purpose is the same. And that is to help you understand how your body is functioning and create a personalised plan that supports your health, your goals, and the life you want to live.
— HOW WE SPEND OUR TIME
Understanding your body, together.
Your Full Body Systems Assessment is a collaborative conversation, not a checklist.
Rather than rushing to quick conclusions or focusing on a single symptom, we take a step back to understand how the different pieces of your health fit together. My role is to ask the right questions, identify meaningful patterns, and help you make sense of what your body may be communicating.
During your assessment, we’ll walk through four areas together:
Your story
Review your health history, current concerns, and goals.
Your symptoms
Uncover what your body has been communicating.
Your systems
Explore how your different body systems influence one another.
Your priorities
Identify what to focus on first for the greatest impact on your health.
We’ll begin with your story, uncovering your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and the goals that matter most to you. From there, we explore the body systems most relevant to your situation, including nutrition, digestion, hormones, metabolism, recovery, stress, sleep and movement, to understand how they’re influencing one another.
Rather than looking at isolated symptoms, we connect the dots between your nutrition, lifestyle, medical history and everyday habits to identify your patterns. And because not everything needs attention at once, we finish by identifying the priorities most likely to make the greatest difference, giving you clear, personalised direction instead of another overwhelming to-do list.
— WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH
No two assessments are exactly the same, because no two women are exactly the same. While your recommendations will be tailored to your individual needs, most women leave with:
✓ A clearer understanding of how the different systems of their body work together.
✓ Greater confidence in what their symptoms, health concerns, or performance challenges may be reflecting.
✓ Clarity around which areas deserve attention first and why.
✓ Practical, evidence-based recommendations tailored to their body and goals.
✓ A personalised roadmap for the next stage of their health journey.
✓ Reassurance that they don’t have to keep figuring everything out on their own.
— A SESSION BUILT AROUND YOU
Your assessment begins by understanding your personal experience.
You may be looking for answers to persistent symptoms, navigating a recent diagnosis, experiencing hormonal changes, wanting to improve your overall health, or striving to perform at your best. Whatever brings you here, that’s exactly where we’ll start.
The topics below represent some of the conversations we commonly have during a Full Body Systems Assessment. Together, we’ll focus on the areas most relevant to your health, your goals, and where your body needs support most:
- Digestive & Gut Health
- Hormones & Women's Health
- Blood Sugar & Metabolic Health
- Stress, Sleep & Nervous System
- Performance & Recovery
- Relationship with Food & Patterns
- Heart & Cardiometabolic Health
- Immunity & Resilience
Digestive & Gut Health
Your gut is more than digestion. It is a foundation for wellbeing.
Your digestive system influences far more than how you process food. It plays a role in nutrient absorption, immunity, hormones, mood, metabolism, and your overall sense of wellbeing. Because digestive symptoms are often influenced by more than food alone, we explore the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and the factors that shape how your gut functions. Together, we identify the foundations that can support better digestion and a healthier relationship with your body.
Support for:
✓ Bloating and digestive discomfort
✓ Irregular bowel habits
✓ Constipation or diarrhoea
✓ Reflux and GERD
✓ Food sensitivities and intolerances
✓ Gut health optimisation
✓ Understanding the connection between digestion, nutrition, and overall health
Hormones & Women’s Health
Your hormones influence far more than your menstrual cycle.
From puberty through pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, hormonal changes influence your energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, appetite, recovery, and the way you experience your body. Because hormonal symptoms rarely exist in isolation, we explore the interaction between nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and your body’s changing needs throughout different seasons of life. Together, we uncover the factors influencing your hormonal health so you can better understand your body’s signals and create the foundations for greater balance and wellbeing.
Support for:
✓ PMS and cycle-related symptoms
✓ Perimenopause and menopause transitions
✓ Changes in energy, mood, appetite, and weight
✓ Thyroid-related nutrition support
✓ Stress-related hormonal changes
✓ Understanding the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and hormones
Blood Sugar & Metabolic Health
Your metabolism is more than calories.
Your metabolism reflects how your body creates energy, uses fuel, regulates blood sugar, and adapts to the demands placed upon it. Experiencing energy struggles, cravings, or weight changes are rarely the result of one single factor; they are influenced by the interaction between nutrition, hormones, stress, sleep, movement, and your body’s unique physiology. Together, we explore the foundations that support metabolic health and help you understand what your body needs to function more effectively.
Support for:
✓ Energy crashes and fluctuations
✓ Sugar cravings
✓ Insulin resistance
✓ Prediabetes
✓ Type 2 diabetes support
✓ Weight changes and metabolic health
✓ Building sustainable nutrition foundations
Stress, Sleep & Nervous System
Your body cannot thrive when it is constantly trying to survive.
Your nervous system influences how your body responds, adapts, recovers, and restores balance. Because stress is not only something you experience mentally but also something your body responds to physically, it can influence digestion, hormones, sleep, energy, appetite, and resilience. Together, we explore the connection between your nervous system, lifestyle, and health so your body has the support it needs to recover and function well.
Support for:
✓ Chronic stress patterns
✓ Feeling wired but tired
✓ Poor sleep quality
✓ Brain fog
✓ Recovery challenges
✓ Understanding the relationship between stress and health
Performance & Recovery
Your ability to perform depends on your ability to recover.
Performance is not created by training harder alone. It is shaped by the interaction between nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress, and your body’s ability to adapt. By understanding the foundations that influence how your body responds to demands, we can create a more personalised approach that supports performance, recovery, and long-term resilience.
Support for:
✓ Optimising nutrition for performance
✓ Energy availability and recovery
✓ Supporting strength, endurance, and adaptation
✓ Fatigue and reduced performance
✓ Pre- and post-training nutrition strategies
✓ Creating a personalised approach to support your goals
Relationship with Food & Eating Patterns
Health is not created through restriction. It is created through understanding.
Food is not just about rules, calories, or willpower. Your relationship with nutrition is shaped by your biology, your experiences, your beliefs, and the habits you have developed over time. Together, we move beyond restrictive approaches and create a way of eating that supports your body, your lifestyle, and your long-term health.
Support for:
✓ Confusing nutrition information
✓ Diet fatigue
✓ Emotional eating patterns
✓ Food anxiety
✓ Moving away from all-or-nothing approaches
✓ Creating sustainable habits that fit your life
Heart & Cardiometabolic Health
Your daily choices create the foundations for long-term health.
Cardiometabolic health is shaped by the relationship between nutrition, blood sugar regulation, movement, stress, sleep, and lifestyle factors over time. Rather than focusing on isolated markers, we explore the bigger picture of how these systems interact and identify the foundations that support cardiovascular health, metabolic function, and long-term wellbeing.
Support for:
✓ Cholesterol management
✓ Blood pressure support
✓ Cardiovascular risk reduction
✓ Blood sugar regulation
✓ Inflammation support
✓ Building sustainable health foundations
Immunity & Resilience
Your body is constantly adapting to the demands placed upon it.
Your immune system is influenced by your nutrition, lifestyle, environment, stress levels, and overall health foundations. Rather than focusing on “boosting” immunity, we explore how to support your body’s natural ability to respond, recover, and maintain resilience by strengthening the foundations that allow your body to function at its best.
Support for:
✓ Frequent illness
✓ Slow recovery
✓ Persistent fatigue
✓ Nutritional foundations for immune function
✓ Supporting resilience
✓ Understanding the factors influencing recovery
Your body functions as an integrated system.
Your body doesn’t separate digestion from hormones, stress from sleep, or nutrition from performance. And neither do we.
Although you may come with one main concern, it’s often the connections between your body systems that provide the greatest insight. Fatigue may be linked to blood sugar, iron status, sleep, hormones, or recovery. Digestive symptoms may be influenced by eating patterns, stress, medications, or nervous system regulation. Performance plateaus may reflect inadequate recovery, under-fuelling, or the cumulative effects of everyday life.
By exploring how these different pieces fit together, we can identify the factors most likely to be influencing how you feel, function, and perform. The goal isn’t simply to give you another plan to follow. It’s to help you understand your body with greater clarity, so you can make confident, informed decisions about your health; both now and into the future.

— WHEN YOU’RE READY
Your health story is unique. Your care plan should be too.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start making sense of your health, I’d love to help.
As a Registered Dietitian, I combine evidence-based nutrition with a whole-person approach. That means considering your medical history, current symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, and the way your body systems work together, so you leave with a clear understanding of what may be influencing your health and what to focus on next.
There is no pressure to commit to anything beyond this session. If continuing together feels right, I’ll guide you toward The Realigned Programme, tailored to what your assessment uncovers. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity, confidence, and practical next steps you can begin applying straight away.
FAQs
What is a Full Body Systems Assessment?
A Full Body Systems Assessment is a comprehensive 90-minute consultation that brings together your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, symptoms, and health goals to build a complete picture of how your body is functioning.
Rather than focusing on a single symptom or diagnosis, we explore how your body is working as an integrated system. By understanding the connections between different aspects of your health, we can identify what may be influencing how you feel, function, and perform, and determine the most appropriate next steps for you.
What can i come to you for?
Women book a Full Body Systems Assessment for many different reasons, but they generally fall into three broad areas:
Decode Symptoms: Your body is trying to tell you something; but you need help understanding the message.
Optimise Health: You want to feel stronger, healthier, and more resilient; before your body forces you to slow down.
Enhance Performance: You want to optimise your nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle so your body can perform at its best and support the goals that matter to you.
Whatever brings you here, the purpose is the same. To help you understand your body more clearly so you can move forward with confidence.
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
Not at all. Many women come to me because they don’t feel like themselves, even though they don’t have a diagnosis or their test results have come back “normal.”
You don’t need to have all the answers before you book. Simply come with your symptoms, concerns, or health goals. Together we’ll explore the bigger picture and identify the areas most likely to be influencing your health.
What will I leave the session with?
You’ll leave with a personalised understanding of how your body is functioning, the factors most likely to be influencing your health, and clear, practical recommendations tailored to your needs.
This may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, recommendations for any further investigations where appropriate, and guidance on the areas that deserve your attention first.
What happens after the assessment?
The Full Body Systems Assessment is designed to stand on its own, so there’s no obligation to book ongoing appointments.
If you feel confident to implement your recommendations independently, that’s absolutely okay. My goal is to ensure you leave with greater clarity, practical strategies, and a clear understanding of what your body needs most.
If you would benefit from additional support, we’ll discuss whether The Realigned Programme is the right next step for you. Together, we’ll tailor a personalised plan based on your assessment findings, health goals, and the areas that deserve the greatest focus.
The decision is always yours, and we’ll only continue if it feels like the right fit for you.
